Prepare Package
Securely pack the device in its original retail packaging, including all accessories such as remote controls, power adapters, and HDMI cables.
Label and Ship
Clearly mark your RMA number on the exterior of the shipping box and send the package to our designated regional service center using a tracked shipping method.
Inspection and Refund
